Update Android Studio to Android 14

1. Open Android Studio and click Tools > SDK Manager
2. Expand the Android 14.0 section in the SDK Platforms tab
3. Select the Android SDK Platform 34 package
4. Expand the Android SDK Build-Tools 34 section in the SDK Tools tab
5. Select the latest 34.x.x version
6. Click Apply > OK to download and install the selected packages
