I am not receiving my ICANN verification email

There are a few steps you can take to ensure you receive the ICANN verification email to verify your domain.

1. Check your spam folder for the message.

2. Add sales@secureserver.net  to your safe list then resend the email.

3. If step 2 did not resolve the issue, update your email address to another email then resend the verification email.
