Symptoms: Facebook upload complete notification won't go away
Cause: Unknown
Solution:
1. Long press on the message in the drop down notification bar to open App notification setting
2. Click Details
3. Switch off show notifications then switch it back on again
You will notice this will clear message from notification bar.
