Emails not showing in the sent items folder for emails

Problem: Emails not showing in the sent items folder for emails sent from webmail.

Cause: Setting in webmail

Solution: Go to Display Settings > Composing Email> Copy Email Messages to Sent Items When Sending Mail and change setting.
